You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Window: You may return your item within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Condition of Item: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Refund Process: Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a full refund ((excluding instant cashback/discount) to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. If the quality check fails the product will be reshipped back to you.

Reason for Return:

Defective or Damaged Item: If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Wrong Item Received: If you received an incorrect item, we will arrange for a return and cover return shipping costs.

Other Reasons: If the item is being returned for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer will bear the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your item, we offer the following:

Exchange Window: You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions of Exchange: The item must be in unused, unwashed condition with original tags intact.

Exchange Process:
- If the exchanged item is of equal or lesser value, we will process the exchange and send the new item to you at no additional cost.
- If the new item is of higher value, the customer is required to pay the difference. Payment will be processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Return Shipping: The item for exchange will be picked up from the same location where it was delivered.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

- Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your return or exchange request.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return or exchange your item(s).
Exceptions:

Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts are eligible for exchange or store credit only, unless defective or damaged.

Personalized or Custom Products: These items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
