Cancellation Policy

  1. If you wish to cancel an order, please do so before it is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our website.

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Returns and exchanges are applicable only to select products. Please check the respective product page for detailed eligibility and conditions. For most products, the standard return window is 3 days from delivery.
  2. The return policy for any product may be changed without prior notice.
  3. If pickup service is unavailable at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our office address.
  4. In case of a return, ₹100 will be deducted from the actual amount paid by the buyer towards logistics fees.
  5. Additional return/exchange charges may apply on a case-by-case basis.

Important: Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • The product must be returned with its original packaging and tags intact. Products without original tags will not be accepted.
  • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return/exchange requests must be raised within the applicable return period mentioned on the product page. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.
